The older we get, the less collagen we make. In fact, after age 25, we lose 1% or more of collagen every year! Your skin care routine can help prevent this. Below are some tips!
•Using retinol 1% or higher or a prescription Retinoid at night
•Wearing at least 30 SPF daily and reapplying every 2 hours (Yes even in the winter!)
•Exfoliating 2xs a week
•Moisturizing our skin every morning and night
